Expert Witness Testimony
Larry has provided expert testimony and counsel in legal proceedings regarding brand management issues both in the US and Canada. His opinions on trademarks as brands were included in a decision of the Supreme Court of Canada. He has represented the marketing industry at US Federal Trade Commission hearings, and before both US House and Senate committee hearings on legislation affecting marketing.
